Chat with our Help Desk and get support in real-time

Exciting news! We’re launching a new and convenient way of getting in touch with our Help Desk team. Now you can chat with a member of our team in just a couple of clicks! If you would like to get support with an IT issue, all you need to do is access the Chat function through the Blue “E” on you computer’s taskbar in three easy steps: 1. Find the Blue “E” by clicking the arrow on your taskbar next to the time/date on your computer (bottom right hand corner)   2. Click on the Envision Blue “E” and select the Chat function. A website window will open. 3. Enter your first and last name and email to begin chatting. Happy Chatting!

There were countless support companies more interested in reacting to issues than paving the road forward for clients, making it far too difficult to build long-term relationships. We felt a strong pull to make something different, and we did.
